Damselfish Species Stock Video Footage

Damselfishes comprise the family Pomacentridae except those of the genera Amphiprion and Premnas, which are the anemonefishes. The largest can grow up to 36 cm (14 in) long, but most species are much smaller. While most are marine, a few species inhabit the lower stretches of rivers in fresh water. Most damselfish species have bright colors or strongly contrasting patterns. Learn more about Damselfish
